What To Expect When Visiting
Chris, Daga, Emily, Gill, Lauren, and Pam hope we find you, and your family, in the best of health.
Chris, Daga, Emily, Gill, Lauren, and Pam are delighted to announce that Lotus is now able to see our much valued, loved and hugely missed patients.
Many things have changed.
All of us at Lotus want to reassure you that we remain committed to your safety.
At Lotus we have ALWAYS maintained the highest standards of infection control.
At Lotus under official advice and guidance we MUST implement change to reduce the risk to you, your families and to Lotus team members.
You will be sent a pre-screening questionnaire by email to complete and then return by email with your appointment
Lotus will now be operating a new patient one way traffic system to minimise contact
PLEASE enter through the Dunham Road entrance
PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THROUGH MARKET STREET
Patients will be asked to sanitize their hands, with gel, from the dispenser provided for 20 seconds.
Patients MUST maintain social distancing whilst in reception
Please remember we have approximately 400 patients we care for.
We would be grateful if, the use of the practice toilet, is only due to dire need. Thanks!
Please if you have to reschedule appointments, email: [email protected]
We are advised, the virus is still a threat.
REMEMBER, we have always used universal precautions and we will continue to do so.
Team members will always wear a mask, a face shield and a disposable gown or apron, where appropriate.
We have a large back-log of patients to see.
We MUST prioritise those in most need.
Due to new necessary procedures, and following guidelines, understandably we will be seeing fewer patients per day.
We would ask for your patience, kindness and understanding, in advance.
I am genuinely looking forward to seeing you all, I and all the team have missed you all greatly.
You bring meaning to, and purpose to, as well as brightening our lives.
Thanks for your attention.
